Daher habe ich mich in den letzten Tagen einmal mit der Thematik auseinandergesetzt. Mein ernüchterndes Fazit: Als Onlinehändler sollte man hierzulande die Finger von diesen zugegeben nicht unattraktiven Lösungen lassen. Die hohen gesetzlichen Anforderungen, wie Datenschutz, Preisangaben-VO, Widerrufsrecht, verbraucherbelehrung etc. können diese Plugins nicht gerecht werden. Setzt man sie dennoch ein, läuft man Gefahr abgemahnt zu werden. Daher mein Tipp: wer mit einem Shop liebäugelt, sollte sich lieber am deutschen Markt nach einer passenden Lösung umschauen.
